When will my order ship?

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping on domestic items is 12-20 business days from order date. This does not include our 1-4 business days for processing. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 1-4 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it's been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail. 

 

After orders have been processed and if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification, you will be notified. 

 

RETURNS

We will gladly accept your return for a Store credit ONLY within 10 business days of receiving your order. Policy Is Strictly Enforced. If package is received after time frame, we will refuse and send back! We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS ON SALE CATEGORY ITEMS OR SWIMWEAR. -THEY ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE!!!! PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR ITEM IS UNDER THE SALE CATEGORY, IF IT IS, AND IS RETURNED TO US; WE WILL REFUSE AND SEND BACK! IF YOU ARE UNSURE, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@LATOISWIMWEAR.COM. 

All orders that have applied a 50% off or more discount code to order are considered final sale and items can not be returned for store credit.

 3 EASY Steps On RETURNING: 

1-Print off page and put inside of package the size and style you are returning. Store credit will be applied and emailed once we have processed your return.
2-Package The Items Back into package (Optional- Same package will save you Shipping costs)
3-Take the package to USPS only and purchase a return label.
4 Ship the item(s) back to the address provided and you’re set! (First class shipping is recommended & Add a tracking to your return)
(The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.)

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to LaToi Swimwear.

We will only cover shipping charges if it is a mistake made on our behalf. Please email us with 24 hours of receiving package if this is the case, and we will email a return label to you.


Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 72 business hours. Once the return has been processed, you will be emailed your store credit in the form of an E-gift card. The store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable. Store credit does not cover the initial shipping cost.
