Store policy

We do not allow refunds. Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit ONLY. We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. 

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. 

All orders that have applied a 50% off or more discount code to order are considered final sale and items can not be returned for store credit.

Once an order is placed, the order can not be cancelled. If you have placed an order and would like to modify your order, please email us with the name or order #. Modifications must be made within 24hrs of order, but we can not guarantee that the modification will be approved if the order has already been processed. We will notify you if we are unable to successfully modify the order. After 24hrs, there are no modifications allowed. If you would no longer like to proceed with the order placed, we will issue store credit only.
